The clients brief was to make a studio apartment out of the top floor of the penthouse. We decided to break the central toilet and convert it into an open pantry with living and private space at its ends. The apartment opens to an outdoor terrace garden with an open air Jacuzzi; all on the 13th floor. A dream come true for our clients.
